An apple a day…….you know the old adage.

How about a healthy routine a day? Don’t think there’s a correlation between being organized and your health?

Let me try and convince you:

-You’re more likely to eat healthier with planned menus and a grocery list.

-Your daily routine is likely to include time for exercise.

-Less stress away from the mess will keep bickering at bay.

-With a little more order in your life you’ll have more “moments for me” time.

-Organization can help keep you on track with important routines such as staying on top of your medical appointments, dental exams, and if you take daily medication.

-With all this new found free time, I have a feeling you’ll fill it with family, friends, and laughter which is food for the soul!!
